       It is that time of the year again when all minds become clouded with thoughts of $$$ for the Back To School needs. The young kids with their lets go get everything on my list, new clothes, backpack, etc. The older ones with the must have trend setting gear. And the college students that have to have just about everything since they have that new sense of independence. If staying home for a year they have basic needs ($), if they are in a dorm more needs ($$), and if they have move into their own place even more needs ($$$).
